The room was recently renovated and very nice! The mountain view was gorgeous. The staff were also helpful and speedy when we needed to add a cot to our room. Parking was easy in the shopping mall garage one floor below the lobby. When you validate the parking with the hotel, it's not too expensive - about $7 USD per night. They also let us leave our bags behind the front desk for several hours after we checked out and did not charge us anything extra for this!

the location as amazing. it is in a beautiful shopping mall and right across the street is the amazing city market and also a HEB. i love that it is pet friendly and the breakfast was great. also the covid measures are very good

The property is very well located and the lobby staff are very polite and helpful. Bed is more comfortable than the ones at other hotels in Monterrey.

the property is very well located, very clean and comfortable. i'm a late eater, so it was great that walking into Paseo San Pedro, there were a few restaurants open until 11Pm. i was able to walk out and order dinner. the staff was friendly ans accomodating, bedrooms were clean and comfortable. overall a great stay.

Service remarkable, everyone attentive and responsive. Location excellent. Ease of ingress and egress if renting car. Plenty of restaurants and nightclubs within short walking distance. In most desirable neighborhood in the city.
